Can’t see my group in Chappie Manager

Please make sure all group requirements are fulfilled. After checking all requirements, follow the steps below!

Step 1: Click on your group title. For example: Chappie_Demo_Test is the group title. Step 2: Click on "Permission" and "Removed Users". Step 3: Remove "Chappie Manager" from your group.

Remarks:

⚠️Ensure "Chappie Manager" is no longer present in your "Removed Users" list before Chappie rejoin your group.

⚠️External bots such as Safeguard, Grouphelp and Rose could potentially hindered Chappie's entry to the group.

✅Please deactivate/ remove these particular bots before inviting Chappie. You can then re-invite those bots after Chappie successfully joined!

Can’t see Chappie CM (@ChappieCM_bot) in my group

Make sure you hired Chappie in @ChappieManagerBot, if Chappie is still not showing up, please proceed with the following steps: Step 1: Go to @ChappieManagerBot, click your group and go to “Hire”

Step 2: Click "Invite here"! to manually add Chappie to your group

Chappie is not answering with the knowledge I provided!

Make sure the file that you provided can be read, feel free to use @ChappieSupport to proofread your file!
